The La Reine Rive Self Expression and Talent segment of the Prime Minister's Best Village Competition took place at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA) on August 19. Young women from cultural groups and villages showed off their talents through a range of performance expressions.

On Saturday, 12 contestants will face the judges in locally-designed gowns during competition's finale titled, Le Gran Z’Affaire, at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port of Spain. A final five will be selected and the winner will be determined following a Q&A on culture and the Best Village competition.
