There needs to be a change in the way Caribbean Community law is perceived by the legal fraternity as this marginalisation only serves to inhibit its development through the original jurisdiction of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), with this distancing further compounded by a lack of emphasis in regional legal education system.
