[Liberian Investigator] Monrovia -- The Executive Director of the Center for Transparency and Accountability in Liberia (CENTAL), Anderson D. Miamen, has accused President Joseph Nyuma Boakai of failing to uphold strong anti-corruption standards and shielding corrupt officials in his administration.
