[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- The Chairperson of the Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) is accusing Dr. George Boley, the former leader of the Liberia Peace Council (LPC) rebel group, of killing his own mother during the civil war in Liberia.
