At the beginning of the conversation, York asked his wife Mildred “What have I taught you about love?” Mildred looked at her husband, repeated the question, and gave her response. “Well. I’ll tell you exactly what you taught me about love, and you said it on the day we met. You told me that God is love, and you had to learn that God is love,” she said.
