[Vanguard] The Nigerian Navy has said it was impossible to have up to 200,000 barrels of crude oil stolen and ferried through Nigeria's waters. This is contrary to the position of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and other agencies under it which gave the figure at between 200,000 - 400,000 barrels per day, bpd.
