[This Day] Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has warned motorists operating in the Apapa axis of the state that traffic gridlock will no longer be tolerated, reiterating to individuals and maritime operators that may want to reverse the progress being recorded along the Apapa corridor that they would face stiff penalty.
