THE Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) on the weekend sought to set the record straight in relation to recent media reports surrounding the release of Lynford Allen, a former accused in the murder of financial analyst Jamie Lue in December 2005.Allen earlier this month made headlines when he was freed of the murder charge on the basis of 'lack of evidence', after 'one hundred court appearances' .
