The Labour and Social Security Ministry, in collaboration with the Red Cross and other humanitarian partners, says it has been providing food parcels, hygiene kits, tarpaulins and mattresses to flood-hit victims in St Catherine, Clarendon, Portland, St Elizabeth and St Ann.
