[DW] While in Congo's capital Kinshasa, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken chose cautionary words to set the tone for the sensitive talks with President Paul Kagame on Thursday in neighboring Rwanda, the last stop on his trip. After meeting with his Congolese counterpart, Christophe Lutundula, and President Felix Tshisekedi, Blinken said the US sought to see an end to the violence in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
