[New Times] In case you haven't noticed, the National Public Prosecution Authority is appealing the acquittal of a big genocide suspect, Wenceslas Twagirayezu, whom court on Thursday last week ordered freed from prison where he has been held on charges of crimes of genocide, including murder and extermination as crimes against humanity.
