Sac Claps Back At District Attorney

The City of Sacramento has filed a motion asking the Sacramento County Superior Court to rule that a lawsuit filed by the district attorney is invalid and cannot proceed, arguing that the claims made in the DA's lawsuit are precluded by California law and the evidence presented doesn't support the lawsuit.
