Stalwarts, stakeholders, start-ups and survivors of the entertainment industry came together for a series of informative and engaging discussions, panels and workshops as Scorch Radio hosted the inaugural Caribbean Music Conference at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Frederick Street, Port of Spain and at MovieTowne, Invaders Bay, as part of the Soca and Dancehall Music Week.

Held in collaboration with Air Committee, Illusions Mas, Voice and The Ministry of Tourism Culture and the Arts, the conference which ended on June 22, featured four days of interactions dedicated to advancing the industry into the global marketplace, a media release said.
