Dear Editor,
It is with some measure of disappointment and frustration that those of us in this country, who are concerned about the proper use of our natural and manufactured resources, continue to observe that those in the relevant authorities are still not enforcing the rules and systems to address the haphazard collection of garbage in all parts of our country.
