Kenneth Smith, 61, of Baltimore and Brelan Handy, 27, of the 2600 block of Woodhill Drive, Glen Burnie, are both charged with first and second degree murder in the killing of Paul Behler.
Police have yet to reach Behler’s family.
Police found the two suspects walking in the 300 block of N. Howard Street shortly after the incident.
Both Handy and Smith are being held without bail at Baltimore City Central Booking.
Police is asking anyone with information that will lead to next of kin to Behler to call 410-396-2100.
