Two persons, including the driver allegedly responsible for Sunday’s hit-and-run accident along the Enmore, East Coast Demerara Public Road, which claimed the life of a teenager, have been arrested by the police.
He said that a vehicle, suspected to have been involved in the accident, was also impounded.
