[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East Africa Community Affairs, Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga disclosed that the Government of Uganda is to make the Kiswahili language a compulsory and examinable subject in primary and secondary schools.
