[Oil in Uganda] Presidential aspirant, Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu has pledged to properly utilize revenues from the petroleum industry. Muntu who seeking for presidency on the Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) ticket said the current government can not be trusted with "oil money".
