The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced over $126,864 million from the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act for states, Tribes, and territories through this year’s Clean Water State Revolving Funds in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
