TEAGUE BAY — A wayward St. Croix girlfriend allegedly stole an East End man's pickup truck and took it to a burger joint where she proceeded to get intoxicated, authorities said. Bobbi Bisnath, of Teague Bay, was arrested Friday and charged with grand larceny, VIPD Communications Director Glen Dratte said.
