MONTEGO BAY, St James - Former vice-president of the People's National Party (PNP) Dr Karl Blythe has attributed the party's embarrassing loss to the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), in part, to the absence of a message that resonated with the masses leading up to the September 3 General Election.
