DW Tours the World: Stop 4 – Lomé, Togo | Dallas Weekly

Some things were closed because of the pandemic, such as the Palais de Lomé art center, but the outside was still a sight to see. The Monument de L'Independance engulfs a square in Lomé, as it was created in the 1960s to mark Togo's independence from France. The Akodessewa Fetish Market is also a main attraction if you are interested or into Vodou (voodoo), along with Village Artisanal, the local craft market.
