Caryn Ward Ross and Tabitha Brown

Nationwide — As the world swarms with chaos and devastation surrounding the deaths of two unarmed Black men, Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd, and protests erupt across the nation, actress/producer Caryn Ward Ross is bringing peace and calm to the masses with her weekly inspirational pick-me-up, “MediTEAtions with Caryn.”

‘MediTEAtions with Caryn’ is where art and soul collide in a dynamic dialogue about human potential,” said creator/host Caryn Ward Ross.

The actress and executive producer of the hit drama series, Craig Ross Jr’s Monogamy (currently streaming on UMC.tv in the United States and on Netflix worldwide) wanted to take the personal conversations she was having among family and friends, and make them available to a larger audience.

Coupled with her love for tea and self-care practices such as meditation and journaling, “MediTEAtions with Caryn” was born.

‘Tik Tok Star and the ‘World’s Favorite Mom’ Tabitha Brown is this week’s special guest on “MedTEAtions with Caryn” on Wednesday, June 3rd at 2pm/ (5pm/et).
