Ralph F. Boyd, Jr. is Chief Executive Officer Serves on Board of Directors for: of the Americas Region for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a global, multidisciplinary, member-driven real estate organization dedicated to responsible land use and building thriving, sustainable communities.

Ralph F. Boyd, Jr. was Chief Executive Officer of American Red Cross of Massachusetts. Previously, Boyd has served in several influential positions over his career, including: Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Freddie Mac Foundation, Inc., and Assistant Attorney General of the United States.

Boyd currently serves on several Boards, including as Chairman of the NHP Foundation, a national nonprofit developer/owner/provider of multi-family affordable housing and human services for residents in high need communities.

Boyd holds a Bachelor’s degree from Haverford College and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Boyd also was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Suffolk University.
