Wendez Pompey, age 23, a vendor of Lot 23 Hill Street, Albouystown, Georgetown, was charged with the offence of possession of 27.9 grammes of cannabis, contrary to Section 4 (1) (a) (i) of the Nar-cotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance Control Act, chapter 10:10.
