A 28-year-old St Michael man is expected to appear in the District A Criminal Court on Saturday on three charges, including cruelty to animal. Hastings police arrested Davino Shakell Howard, 28, of Bullen’s Avenue, Dalkeith Road on Friday. Howard is also charged with failing to licence a dog and withholding information.
