The family of the man shot and killed by deputies in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, said he was killed 'execution-style' by police after seeing a portion of the body-camera footage. Andrew Brown Jr. was shot and killed by deputies from the Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office on April 21, 2021. Seven deputies have been placed on leave after the shooting.
