The agency, who represents athletes, knew that Dukes would potentially be a good representation for the deal. As reported by QCity Metro, Bojangles made a post to Instagram looking for potential college athletes to promote its food and products. Once Dukes was selected, he became the local face for Bojangles’ new chicken sandwich. This deal has made Dukes the first student-athlete from a HBCU to sign an endorsement deal with Bojangles.
