The Supreme Court has shown a hypocritical bias in determining who can be held responsible for criminal acts committed during protests, with justices allowing DeRay Mckesson to be sued while skepticism exists about whether members of the mob who attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 could be charged with obstructing, influencing or impeding an official proceeding.
