Baltimore's state's attorney, Marilyn Mosby, defended her position on Friday not to prosecute low-level offenses, such as prostitution and drug possession. Mosby told Black News Tonight host Marc Lamont Hill that since her office decided not to pursue those offenses, they've seen results, including eliminating 1,400 warrants.
