[Dabanga] New York -- Lt Gen Abdelfattah El Burhan, president of the Transitional Sovereign Council (TSC) and commander-in-chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), delivered a speech at the 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) yesterday, sharply criticising international inaction. His remarks came as the SAF launched a major ground offensive in key areas of the capital Khartoum.
