[Liberian Investigator] Sochi -- Russia plans to open an embassy in Liberia as part of its effort to expand its diplomatic footprint across Africa, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced during the First Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum.
